When does billing start?
Billing does not begin until we reach 500 free subscribers and activate the paywall. You will receive advance email notice before any charge. Free subscribers who do nothing will not be charged — you will only be billed if you actively select a paid tier.
Monthly subscribers
Billed on the same date each month. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again. No partial-month charges. No cancellation fee.
Annual subscribers
Billed once annually (12 months for the price of 10). If you cancel part-way through your annual term, you will receive a pro-rated refund for each
unused complete month remaining — processed within 5–10 business days via Stripe to your original payment method. Email

Founding member rate
Your founding rate is locked for life as long as you maintain your subscription. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, the founding rate will no longer be available and the standard launch price will apply.
Upgrades & downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Founding discounts are locked to your sign-up tier and do not carry forward on a downgrade.
