Billing starts when we reach 500 subscribers and activate the paywall. Until then everything is free. Founding members who subscribe now will be charged the discounted founding rate the day we go paid — not the full launch price.
Q What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing gives you 12 months for the price of 10 — 2 months free. Tier 1: $470/yr · Tier 2: $950/yr · Tier 3: $1,900/yr. Annual subscribers are prioritised for new features and early access.
Q What are white-label rights for Tier 3?
White-label rights allow you to remove DeepFalcon branding and replace it with your own organisation's logo before distributing reports and SE presentation decks to your clients. Distribute to up to 10 client organisations per report.
Q How often are SE Presentations published?
Social Engineering Presentations launch August 1, 2026 for Tier 3 subscribers. From launch, two to three new presentation decks are published each month, covering the most active social engineering techniques from that month's threat intelligence findings. Subscribe to Tier 3 now to be first in line — topics are driven by real campaigns, not generic awareness content.
Q Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Yes — you can change your tier any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Founding member discounts are locked to your sign-up tier and do not transfer on downgrade.

Q Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — cancel any time, no questions asked, no penalties, no cancellation fees. When does billing start?
Billing does not begin until we reach 500 free subscribers and activate the paywall. You will receive advance email notice before any charge. Free subscribers who do nothing will not be charged — you will only be billed if you actively select a paid tier.

Monthly subscribers
Billed on the same date each month. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again. No partial-month charges. No cancellation fee.

Annual subscribers
Billed once annually (12 months for the price of 10). If you cancel part-way through your annual term, you will receive a pro-rated refund for each unused complete month remaining — processed within 5–10 business days via Stripe to your original payment method. Email deepfalcon1313@deepfalcon1313.com to request your refund if it is not issued automatically.

Founding member rate
Your founding rate is locked for life as long as you maintain your subscription. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, the founding rate will no longer be available and the standard launch price will apply.

Upgrades & downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Founding discounts are locked to your sign-up tier and do not carry forward on a downgrade.
